Availability and Booking:

Unfortunately, during the high season, it is not possible to occupy the property earlier or leave later.

On the last blocked day in the agenda for a period, the property is available again and can be booked from 4:00 PM onwards.

Extra mandatory costs:
- €90.00 final cleaning per stay
- €12.00 per person per stay for bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, and toilet towel. We provide made beds, so you can start enjoying your stay right away.
- €1.10 per person per night tourist tax
- €150.00 deposit, refunded within 7 days after departure after inspection of the property. In case of leaving the property very dirty, additional cleaning costs will be charged, deducted from the deposit.
- For stays longer than 3 weeks, additional cleaning mornings will be scheduled, €55.00 per morning (once every 2 weeks).
