't Beerzerachterhuus is a bright, spacious home with its own entrance and plenty of privacy. The property can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
You have a view over the meadow, where our horses graze contentedly.
Entrance: hallway with coat rack and separate toilet.
Living room with open kitchen: light, large kitchen equipped with built-in appliances such as refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, combination microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a kettle, Senseo/Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and a separate freezer (34 liters) available.
There is a large table grill that can be used both indoors and outdoors.
The spacious living room has French doors to a private terrace. There is a large corner sofa and 2 separate armchairs, TV, and ample storage space. The floor has underfloor heating.
The windows are fitted with screens, and the exterior door and French doors have screen doors.
Upstairs: there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
Bathroom: the bathroom has a vanity unit so you can easily store all your toiletries. There is a bath, separate shower, and additional toilet. Hairdryer provided.
Bedroom 1: spacious bedroom with a large double bed (180 X 210) with duvets. There is also a spacious linen closet where you can store all your belongings.
Bedroom 2: spacious bedroom with 2 single beds with duvets.
Bedroom 3: smaller bedroom with 2 single beds with duvets.
The property is non-smoking, with tiled floors downstairs and PVC flooring upstairs, making the property suitable for people with allergies.
On the private terrace, there is garden furniture with adjustable chairs and 2 sun loungers so you can sit outside comfortably.
Our young guests can use a playset with a house, swing, sandbox, and slide, parallel bars, and an embedded large trampoline.
There is a large toy box and Duplo for the little ones in the house, and various board games for older children and adults.
A high chair, Tripp Trapp chair, crib, baby bath, and playpen are also available.
It is possible to charge your electric bike.
